These include Deborah Read Franklin, the inventor’s wife; Mercy Otis Warren, whose plays helped sparked the Revolution; the patriotic Lucy Flucker, wife of General Henry Knox and the beautiful Philadelphia belle, Peggy Shippen, wife of Benedict Arnold.

After the talk you’ll understand how these powerful women helped change the course of history. A book signing and sale is included.
