Atwood Museum Hours, Fees & Location

From spring into the winter months, the Atwood Museum exhibits are open for visitors. The Old House is available for visits by escorted tours. During the rest of the year, the exhibits are open for special events and pre-arranged group tours.

Entrance Fees:
Adults – $10
Students (8 – 17) – $5
Children (7 and younger) – Free
Members – Free

Tuesday: Closed
Wednesday: Closed
Thursday: Open 10 am – 4 pm
Friday: Open 10 am – 4 pm
Saturday: Open 10 am – 4 pm
Sunday: Closed

Advance online reservations are required for visitors and members. Click here to make your reservation.

If you wish to visit us on a Tuesday or Wednesday, we have private bookings available at 2 pm. Click here for more information about private access.

Note

The Archives, Research, Costumes & Textiles are open year round, by appointment.
Administration Office is open year round Tuesday – Saturday, 9 am – 5 pm.

Location & Directions

The Atwood Museum is located at 347 Stage Harbor Road in Chatham, MA 02633.

Proceed on Route 28 to the small Traffic Circle in downtown Chatham where Stage Harbor Road begins, heading south. The Museum is about 1/2 mile down Stage Harbor Road, on the left. Click here for map.
