Halloween at the Batwood

Don your favorite costumes and join us for Halloween at the Batwood! This year on October 29, the Atwood Museum will be opening its doors to ghosts, ghouls, witches, and children. We have a great event planned with trick-or-treating throughout the museum galleries. And don’t forget about our Halloween-themed community art gallery filled with pictures submitted from kids all throughout Chatham (see details about the submission process below).

This event is free, open to the public, and will run from 1-4 PM. No reservations are needed.

Calling all artists!!

We are looking for kids of all ages to submit a drawing or artistic creation of your favorite Halloween scene. All accepted drawings will be proudly displayed in the Main Gallery of the Atwood Museum. Entries must be made using a 8.5 x 11 inch piece of paper. Any inappropriate drawings will not be displayed.
