Baysie Wightman

Baysie Wightman has 40 years of experience in marketing and consumer strategy. She held Product Marketing positions in the action sports industry at companies such as Converse, Rollerblade, Burton Snowboards and Reebok. Her trend spotting acumen was profiled by Malcolm Gladwell in the seminal New Yorker article, “The Coolhunt.”  She later served in the advertising industry at Arnold and Hill Holliday as a Strategist working for diverse clients such as Timberland, LG, Fidelity and Bank of America. Understanding the consumer mindset and utilizing digital marketing and social media to drive consumer engagement is an ongoing passion. Baysie has a BA in History from Middlebury College and an MBA in Finance from Columbia University Graduate School of Business. Baysie is a year-round resident of Chatham and has spent summer here for 50+ years.
