The Annual House Tour is back for another year in 2026!  For those looking to enjoy the stunning views and gorgeous gardens of some of Chatham’s most alluring homes, this event is not to be missed! Join us for an exciting tour of some beautiful homes within Chatham. The funds raised will go to the Chatham Historical Society and to maintaining the Atwood Museum. Reservations are required for this event.

• Beautiful Chatham homes!
• Purchase tickets online. A digital ticket with addresses and locations of the houses will be emailed the week of the tour.
• Parking may be limited, so carpooling is heavily encouraged. Parking options will be posted here shortly.
• Protective booties will be provided at each home.
• In the event of heavy rain, the event will be cancelled.
• Tickets are non-refundable.
