Free Locals Day: A day for the locals!

On: May 9, 2019 10 AM – 4 PM

At: Atwood Museum – Home of the Chatham Historical Society

347 Stage Harbor Road; Chatham, MA  02633

The Atwood Museum, the Chatham Marconi Maritime Center, and the Atlantic White Shark Conservancy will be hosting its third annual Free Locals Day. On May 9, if you or any person in your group has a Cape Cod license, the whole party can visit the Atwood Museum, the Chatham Marconi Maritime Center, and Atlantic White Shark Conservancy free of charge. There will be docents available to answer questions, activities for all ages, and the gift shop will be open for shopping. The Atwood Museum can take up to two hours to explore, but you are always able to spend as much time as you wish.

Free Locals Day is an opportunity for us to thank our community by offering free admission and an opportunity to see what the Museum has in store for the 2020 summer season. There are four new exhibits that will be debuted. We are proud to be collaborating with the Marconi Center and the Atlantic White Shark Conservancy yet again. Bring your family and friends and spread the word about this event. Local people. Local museums. Local fun.
