Amanda Davis

Amanda MacGruer Davis spent her business career in marketing, advertising and publishing. Before retiring, she was publisher of Living in Stamford magazine. A Greenwich, CT native, Amanda has been actively involved as a volunteer in non-profits for over 35 years. A long standing member of the Junior League of Greenwich, Amanda served in many leadership roles as well as serving as League President from 1992-1993. Amanda first joined the Board of Directors of the Greenwich Chapter of the American Red Cross in 1989, returned to them again in 2001 and served as Chairman of the Board 2003-06. She has also been a member of the Board of Directors of the Connecticut Association of Human Services, YWCA of Greenwich, the Breast Cancer Alliance, and the United Way of Greenwich, where she and her husband, Bob, co-chaired the United Way Campaign for three years. Amanda and Bob retired to Chatham in 2018
